Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
